Shipping policy

DUNAVERE prepares orders with care. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery normally takes an additional 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier, weather, customs, or destination conditions.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship only to Hong Kong SAR. We do not ship to destinations outside Hong Kong SAR, or to any destination subject to applicable trade restrictions, legal prohibitions, or carrier embargoes. Checkout must accept the delivery address before an order can be completed.

Import duties and taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or handling fees imposed by the destination authorities. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included or prepaid, the recipient is responsible for paying them. We cannot predict or reimburse charges imposed by customs or local authorities.

Shipping rates

Standard: $9.99 for orders from $0.00 to $399.99.
Free Shipping: free for orders of $400.00 or more.

Order tracking and address accuracy

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address. Contact us promptly at service@dunavere.com if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delays, loss, and damage

If a shipment is delayed beyond the stated estimate, arrives damaged, or appears lost, contact us with the order number and supporting photos where applicable. We will review the carrier record and provide the appropriate next step.
